To cancel your park bookings, follow these steps:

1. Please visit onlineticketbooking.blackthunder.in

2. Click on "My Bookings"

3. Enter your registered mobile number and request an OTP

Please note the Park Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel before 48 hours of your visit, 90% of the original amount will be refunded.
  
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your visit, 85% of the original amount will be refunded.
• The above rates apply to partial cancellation as well.
• Cancellations made on the day of the visit will not be refunded
• There will be no refund in case of a no-show on the day of the visit or after the date of the visit.
• Ensure that you follow these steps and adhere to the cancellation policy for the applicable refund.
